Family Hubs

Family Hubs are for all families with children aged 0-19 (up to age 25 with SEND) to help build connections and strengthen relationships. They provide information and support to adults in those families addressing topics such as lifelong learning, employment, parenting, as well as health and wellbeing and much more.

All families will be able to experience the ‘one stop shop’ model of support – with support for a range of topics available under one roof.

Family Hubs offer a wide range of services for families including:

  • group activities for families to support their child’s development

  • accessing health appointments with midwives

  • health visitors

  • accessing services when relationships in your life might need some support

  • library and food bank services

A colorful grid of programs and services, including mental health, debt and welfare advice, domestic abuse support, parenting and infant feeding support, housing, family support, substance misuse support, activities for children, nutrition, oral health, youth justice, parenting conflict, support services, smoking cessation, youth services, early childhood education, healthcare, and perinatal health.
