Neurodiversity Hub Wirral

Welcome to Wirral’s Neurodiversity Hub (ND Hub). We hope families will find all of the information about neurodivergence they need. The ND Hub supports Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) new neurodevelopmental pathway. It will improve support for neurodivergent children and young people.

The first part of the Hub contains the ‘This is Me’ neurodevelopmental profiling tool. The profiling tool is person-centred. It focusses on the needs of each individual child.

There are nine dimensions to This is Me. All of the knowledge, resources and community support families need is contained in each domain below. Each section has ‘Getting Started’ then different sections including ‘Teenage Zone’ and ‘Resources’.

The More Information section contains useful information on sleep. Each week, another topic that is part of being neurodivergent will be published in that section. If you would like to know when, follow the SENDLO Facebook page.
