Neurodiversity Hub Wirral

Welcome to Wirral’s Neurodiversity Hub (ND Hub). We hope families will find all of the information about neurodivergence they need.

The ND Hub supports Cheshire and Merseyside Integrated Care Board’s (ICB) new neurodevelopmental pathway. It will improve support for neurodivergent children and young people.

The first part of the Hub contains the new ‘Knowing Me’ neurodevelopmental profiling tool. The profiling tool is person-centred. It focusses on the needs of each individual child.

There are ten areas to Knowing Me. All of the knowledge, resources and community support families need is contained in each area below.

The More Information section contains extra information on other issues that affect neurodivergent people or their parents and carers. Each one has information, resources and links to support.

The Hub will be constantly updated. Our understanding of neurodivergence is changing all the time. The information in the Hub is checked and provided by professionals. However, If there is information that you find that looks or feels out of date then please let us know by using the feedback form at the top of this page.
