ADHD/Autism & Anxiety Support Group from 6pm-8pm this evening.  

A safe, non-judgemental space where you can meet like minded people and share strategies and coping mechanisms.

Newcomers welcome with no need for a formal diagnosis.

Refreshments are provided.
