Bite By Bite is a gentle, practical workshop supporting parent carers whose children struggle with eating. The session explores why eating can be difficult, including sensory needs, anxiety and ARFID  and breaks down the steps involved in building confidence around food.

Are mealtimes a daily battle?

From sensory challenges and "beige" eating to ARFID, we look at the "why" behind eating struggles.

We focus on practical ways to ease the stress of mealtimes, looking at how tiny tweaks to your routine can lead to huge breakthroughs for your child's relationship with food.

Overall, Bite By Bite offers reassurance, understanding and practical tools to help children feel safer, calmer and more in control around food.
