Capa First Response CIC runs this free online parent and carer drop-in support session every Wednesday from 12:30pm to 1:30pm.

The session takes place on Zoom and gives parents and carers a safe place to talk about what is happening at home.

Families can ask questions, share experiences and receive specialist guidance about child-to-parent conflict, aggression or harmful behaviour.

The group helps reduce isolation and reminds families that they are not alone.
