ADDvanced Solutions Online Workshop

Structured learning opportunities supporting parents and carers around specific areas.

Sleep can be a challenge for neurodivergent children and young people, which can have an impact on their day-to-day life and wider family.

During this webinar, our sleep practitioners will identify the difficulties that neurodivergent children and young people experience which can impact bed time and sleep. We will also explore what a good bedtime routine looks like, incorporating sleep hygiene, whilst providing advice and strategies for common challenges.

This webinar will last approximately two and a half hours, including time for questions and answers at the end of the presentation.

Please join us and post any questions you have throughout the presentation; we will be picking up your questions and we will answer all we can towards the end of the session.
