The Happy Times Centre is a welcoming, inclusive and important safe space for people to come together to feel respected, empowered and happy! 

Happy Go is our education, movement and wellbeing course. It will see us exploring food and mood education, movement and fitness, gym visits and community walks. 

We’re happy to welcome independent participants to our sessions. While we don’t provide care services, we offer a comfortable seating area for visiting support staff or family who don’t need to assist in the activities. 

Our overall aim is to improve the quality of lives for people with additional needs who can feel excluded by society. We do this with inclusive and beneficial activities that unlock potential, improve movement, relaxation and happiness. We celebrate difference using dedicated Movement, Sensory and Relaxation based activities.
