HENRY (Health, Exercise, Nutrition for the Really Young) is here to help! HENRY offers free, friendly support to help you feel more confident and build healthy, happy routines at home.

· Do you have a child under 5?

· Want more information about meal times and how to reduce the stress of meal times?

· Want to be able to enjoy being active with your family?

· Gain more ideas around family routines?

The Henry programme is an 8 week programme designed to support parents and carers to build their confidence to support them within the home. This is an inclusive programme rather than a SEND specific programme.

 You will find details of other dates here in ‘What’s On’ or on the Eventbrite link above. This includes courses for families with children aged 6-12.
