Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or just need someone to talk to, our drop-in service is here to provide practical support and compassionate guidance.
Support tools available include:
• One-to-one emotional check-ins
• Stress and anxiety management strategies
• Parenting support and coping techniques
• Mindfulness and grounding exercises
• Signposting to additional community resources and services
