ZOOP is a collaboration between six local charities and organisations to create an autism Hub. The purpose of the Hub is to offer a range of activities for individuals on the autism diagnosis waiting list. Anyone 18+ can access support for their mental wellbeing while they are waiting for an autism assessment. 

What to Expect: 
Each week, RAWD will dive into a new art form, including: 

• Song writing – Express yourself through music 

• Visual Arts – Create and experiment with different materials 

• Character Building – Bring ideas and stories to life 

• Dancing – Move, connect, and feel empowered 
   
  Alongside these creative sessions, we’ll also explore mindfulness, relaxation, and yoga to support overall well-being. Led by Dan, with guest artists specializing in Visual Arts, Storytelling, Dance, and Yoga, each session brings fresh inspiration and a supportive space to connect and create.
