Information about Transition has been one of our most popular requests during the Roadshow so far.

You will be able to talk to transition specialists from the Early Years Area SENCO Team, the Inclusive Transition Plan Strategy manager, and members of the Mental Health Support Team who work closely with schools to support pupils.

Key community organisations will also be there; The Positivitree, ADDvanced Solutions, and Koala Northwest.

Our SENDLO officer will be there to offer advice and signpost you to other services.

Why would you come?

• You don’t have a way of looking at the website.

• English is not your first language – information on the website can be translated for you.

• You may need support to understand information you have been given by education, health or care services

• You need to know what wider support is available in Wirral Council
