ZOOP is a collaboration between six local charities and organisations to create an autism Hub. The purpose of the Hub is to offer a range of activities for individuals on the autism diagnosis waiting list. Anyone 18+ can access support for their mental wellbeing while they are waiting for an autism assessment. 

What to Expect: 
The Soothe Socials are based around empowerment, resilience building, and understanding how stress affects our wellbeing. We’re here to provide a space for you to chat about your wellbeing, understand your stress, and make some new connections.
