We want to let our SEND young people know about an event where their voice matters! Especially if they have an interest in politics or government.

The Liverpool City Youth Combined Authority are giving young people aged 11-19yrs (up to 25yrs for SEND/ND/CIC/Social Worker Engaged) the chance to take part in The Next Wave event.

The Next Wave will see young people from across the Liverpool City Region come together to debate and discuss local youth ideas and issues, such as:

  • Culture

  • Economic Wellbeing

  • Transport

  • Employment & Skills

  • The Environment

When: Saturday 20th September / 10am - 2pm

Where: Mann Island, Liverpool.

This event is open to any young person across the Liverpool City Region regardless of ability, race, culture, language, educational level, genders, background, or skills.

You do NOT have to belong to a group to apply.

You do NOT have to have any previous experience of this type of event.

The Liverpool City Youth Combined Authority will be present at the event to support you and make sure you feel welcomed and able to join in. Click on the following link to fill in a short form to get your place!
