We want to tell you about an important training opportunity that is being offered by Wirral Safeguarding Children Partnership.

FREE training for parents and carers around online risks of radicalisation, which is aimed specifically for parents/cares of children with SEND.

This training is presented by Deflect and Protect. They are an organisation with a focus on protecting people who are neurodivergent online. There is a link to their site in comments if you would like to find out more.

This session looks at the risks of online content and radicalisation particularly with regards to the risks presented to young people with SEND or Autism.

Delivered as a 1-hour session on Teams, this training is for parents, carers, foster carers and connected carers.
