Building a community where every child belongs!

Sundowns have been working with families for 25 years to create an inclusive, supportive community, celebrating and championing brighter futures for individuals with Down Syndrome.

This Wirral-based charity provide support, workshops, community events and more, bringing families together and creating connections. Their classes include Makaton signing for children from 0 to 5 years old with Down Syndrome or a rare Chromosome Disorder.

These sessions take place every Friday during term time at Seacombe Family hub (from 10am to 12pm). They provide a welcoming space to meet with other families, learn Makaton and support each other amongst people who ‘get it’.
