Family Fund Workshops

Are you helping your young person with SEND with their journey to adulthood? We’ve come across a workshop from Family Fund that we wanted to share with you!

The charity are offering a free online workshop on supporting your young person into adulthood. This informal workshop, delivered via zoom, is for parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities or who are seriously ill.

You will look at a variety of organisations that should be involved in supporting your young person. You will also learn where you can go for help and support. The workshop will include time at the end for families to share their experiences and tip to help each other during this time of transition for your young person.

There are two dates available this week:

• Wednesday 21 May 6pm to 7pm

• Friday 23 May 10.30am to 12pm
